1974: After graduating from Clarion University of PA I launched careers in Real Estate and Insurance, and quickly became the top-producing REALTOR in a six-county region of NW Pennsylvania. In 1976 I became a Notary Public in PA and continued Notary duties in NC after moving to Charlotte, NC in 1979. In 1988 I became a Notary Signing Agent and since then I have closed and signed over 15,100 Notary and Real Estate transactions. I am an Elder of Galatia Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville, NC, and work from my Home office near Hope Mills, NC. I am widowed and have one daughter, Morgan, who assists me.

After completing half of my college education I enlisted in the United States Army on 2/23/71 and was promoted to platoon sergeant in Vietnam. After completing my tour of duty I re-entered college and in 1974 I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with majors in Advertising, Marketing, and Management. In 1976 I completed a Master's Degree program in Communication: TV, Motion Picture Production, and Advertising, at Clarion University of PA., then I began careers in Insurance, Real Estate, and Notary Public. In the Summer of 1973, I qualified to fly General-Aviation aircraft. I was one of America's top-producing real estate Brokers from 6/5/75 until 11/6/2005 and I have been buying and selling real estate for the last 48 years.
Anderson Worldwide has been in continuous operation since it was founded in 1978.
