Hi Cynthia, I am a Commercial Insurance Agent in Fayetteville, N.C. and I really love the challenge of finding businesses and getting in front of the key-holder, finding out how their current insurance is structured, and finding a way to put them into a better situation.

Most people will say they are happy when they are actually just 'content', but when they find out there is something better they are usually open to it.

I find that many of the clients are not being serviced and are just another number for the agencies. We service our clients by doing payroll reviews, policy reviews, loss control management and training, and shop for them each year before their renewals.

Having truly happy clients and being able to sleep at night knowing they are in the best possible situation is my favorite part.
