Yoga with Carmen
Whether you have never taken a yoga class before or you enjoy the relaxed pace of a beginner class, our Yoga fundamental class is for you! Focus is on the back, neck, and shoulders, as well as standing and sitting postures. Using breathing and warm ups with simple yoga stretches, you will learn to relax the muscles of your body and improve your overall health and well being.
Carmen will works on a variety of poses depending on our weekly needs. Variations are given based on our needs and ability so don't worry about being able to keep up! Each class ends with a quiet relaxation.
