Follow up on everything and don’t take anyone’s word.  Still follow up and be sure the mission is complete. I have been let down by just believing in someone and giving the benifit of the doubt. Ending up having there own  agenda by using my organization to complete their own function.  Our event was still successful, but that experience damaged my ability to trust others. When having a volunteer based business with over 400 volunteers you have to trust others and it’s hard for me at the moment. But my faith in God keeps me going.
