They know each and every one of them will receive specialized attention to help them pick out a wardrobe or an item suited to them.
The best thing you can give your customer is good customer service. I also offer special incentives during the year which includes a day in which i take care of the sales tax for all shoppers (very popular) and open houses with special sales for usually one day or the entire weekend. But again...

i always go to the trade shows in NYC and Massachusetts. They are called Moda Manhattan, Coterie and Stitch and NEAC for the New England shows. Best of luck
