That is a tough situation, but it is not a hopeless situation!  There is an answer - an answer that fits you as a person.

It sounds like you have no "top cover" or support from above, so where do you go for real mentoring, coaching, complaints, and concerns?  You have to go outside of where you are, right?  Just like you are now by communicating on Alignable.  That is a sign of what your answer is.

You know the answer inside; in your gut...what is your gut telling you?   I say, you have been there for a while, learned various lessons, and now it is time to move on.  Move on and reflect on what you have learned from that experience.  Also move on so you can continue your growth and evolution that you were born for -- that growth is stifled where you are right now.
