I was an outside sales rep for Cat Rents in CO years ago and met a land developer who needed a good Realtor to refer ranch resale properties to. I pursued my real estate license and cut my teeth on those referrals of upscale rural residential properties, horse properties, and ranches. When we moved back to AZ I brought my herd of paint mares with me and specialist in horse properties in the greater Prescott area. And, when we had an opportunity to move my horse breeding and real estate business to TX I continued my Career.
