About Us
Hi I’m Paul Holzhauer I’m a cook by training but have always played in the dirt, started gardening at the age of 12. Permiculture inspired me to do more with less, Joel Salatin at polyface farm also was a big driver for me to get into farming professionally.
All my animals are raised on pasture moved daily or every other day, while feeding organic coyote creek feed (Elgin TX) and providing fresh water. I’ve decided to “play life on hard mode” as my wife put it.
