The long-term care (LTC) industry has grown to include LTC insurance, Life with LTC, as well as annuities with enhanced return for LTC expenses. Existing Life insurance can also be turned into funds to pay long-term care caregiving costs. @barbaraLTCi

General Electric was coming to CA w/ long-term care insurance in 1995. Given my background, it was a match made in Heaven. I have been able to insure over 2000 people, and I have helped over 400 of them so far when they needed to use their benefits.
In 2015, one of my local long-term care insureds was unable to get LTC insurance for her husband, as he already needed assistance. After many months of her caregiving her husband, I asked her what I could do for her. She said, "There are no caregiver support groups up here in the San Lorenzo Valley, and I could sure use one!" The Valley Women's Club agreed to sponsor the meetings, and we have a limited fund for participating caregiver respite. Details on FaceBook @SLVcaregiver
