My name is Don, I have been a resident of Washington State since 1978, I moved to Whatcom County in 1992. I grew up in Shoshone Idaho, and was born in Council Idaho just North of Boise.

In December 2013 I retired as a Loan Officer of 24 years. I was a mortgage broker, mortgage banker, and owned my own offices, I was office manager, top producing loan officer, and had a team of loan officers. I have the pleasure of helping many families happy to buy their first home when other said no or refused to help. Helped people build their credit, and refinance to better their financial situation. I did mortgages for State Senators, City Mayors, Employees, Self Employed Borrowers etc. I have been in real estate industry since December 2003, and have my managing brokers license. I have been a REO Agent since since 2010, BPO Agent and Short Sale Specialist since 2009.
