The idea was that so our beloved pets could have important jobs instead of just sitting around the house. ;-) LOL But seriously, we donate 10% of our profits to worthy causes such as PETA and The Innocence Project.

I formerly thought of business insurance as only for blue-collar businesses that have tens of millions of dollars in equipment. In other words, to ensure all their valuable blue-collar equipment from all sorts of damage; i.e., theft, vandalism, arson, fire, flood, and natural disaster. However, during the past 20 years, I worked for larger white-collar firms that insured its office decorations, furniture and equipment. More recently, I learned the hard way that small businesses should have insurance policies for their most talented staff members; i.e., the owner/founder, and office equipment that would be VERY difficult--if not impossible--for a company that brings in less than $200K per year to replace.
I agree with everything that Abel and Sofi wrote, EXCEPT the part about the CONVERSATION with H.R. and/or the G.M. I highly suggest that you send an e-mail-- and/or write a memorandum--and document when, where and how you gave it to them. If you know how to do the Return-Receipt thing, please...

I highly suggest that you send an e-mail-- and/or write a memorandum--and document when, where and how you gave it to them. If you know how to do the Return-Receipt thing, please do so, as in most e-mail programs, you can do so without the recipient knowing in the corporate environment. You may also want to do an informal e-mail to the co-workers who put this "out in the open" first, depending on the environment at work, and get those in return-receipt, as well. But keep that one REALLY light-hearted and good-natured; i.e., a friendly suggestion-type. I have been in your SAME situation, but didn't have great results, albeit that was years ago. But sadly, we lost a LOT of our printing equipment when the Defendants in my lawsuit destroyed my home and office with NO warning, with everything we own inside of them. Needless to write, I was devastated, and very depressed for a LONG time. (I thought about borrowing money from a relative to apply to BNI, to help me get out of depression; however, it is very expensive for our customers when we don't have our own equipment, and the turnaround time is slower as well.) But things are looking up now, and my TPD boss wants me to apply to BNI as soon as we are able!! :-) <3 But anyway, the only thing I can compare BNI to is the Tacoma Ad Club; however, BNI is much better than that, and is great at showing people how to obtain business leads, from what I can see!! :-) <3

I totally agree with everyone else so far: QUALITY has to come first. :-) <3 In fact, that issue almost caused TDP to dissipate when the owner was too eager to finalize projects and didn't allow me to review his work---twice in a row. And sadly, the work was not perfected. :-O :-(

I am a two-time U.S. Supreme Court winner with a squeaky-clean reputation, and Bank of America worked with a psychotic local Judge and Judicial Assistant to try to seize my house (and all of its contents), even AFTER they defaulted on an Injunction case I filed. :-( First, they defaulted. Later, they appeared and Motioned to Dismiss, which was/is illegal. Then, they claimed they didn't want any money from me after all. Finally, when I wouldn't sign their "proposed order," but held out for mine--which was/is the one I'm entitled to--they tried to conspire with the Judge and another local attorney to falsely accuse me of a crime, and illegally seize my home in South-Central Tacoma. They were all divvying up my beautiful and valuable furniture among themselves. And BTW, this all came about because they never released my Clear Title to me, even though they should HAVE--WAY back in 2010, on a HELOC. Well, it's a good thing that I have connections in WA DC who are able and willing to get them all Federally Criminally Charged for conspiring with...oh well...too much info for Alignable. However, I will definitely expound on it in my SECOND autobiography!! BTW - I am VERY sorry to read about the illegal torts that BANA committed on you other fine people. :-O :-(

Hi, Madlyn: The best advice I can give you is to look around for local Design & Printing firms who claim they "beat their competitors' prices by at least 15%" or something to that effect. My company, Todahl Design & Printing, boasts about that, and have repeatedly found that we are NOT joking. ...

Hi, Madlyn: The best advice I can give you is to look around for local Design & Printing firms who claim they "beat their competitors' prices by at least 15%" or something to that effect. My company, Todahl Design & Printing, boasts about that, and have repeatedly found that we are NOT joking. I feel like fainting every time I come across someone who went to another Design & Printing firm and paid as much as ten times more for a website, mailer or brochure as we would have charged. Try to find a company that works out of their home--that will ensure they have a low overhead, and can pass the savings on to you. Please let us know if you ever have any projects that we could create and send to you as PDFs; i.e., if you would be satisfied with posting your notices on local bulletin boards, etc. And we would LOVE to design your business cards, since they would be shipped to you from another state. Anything else, please contact me, and I will pray that you get all of your needs fulfilled, since I know how it is to be in your situation.

Nope. :-) I suffered for 15+ years at the hands of dirty, dishonest, deranged and dimwitted psychopaths who repeatedly assaulted me; kidnapped me; and intentionally violated my civil and constitutional rights. Therefore, since most of the capital to keep TD&P running is the revenue from the 16 or so lawsuits my family and I have, we are blessed to be able to charge the clients a maximum of only $5.00 per hour overhead. :-) <3 As well as to treat THEM very well, and to pray that nobody ever mistreats them and their loved ones, as long as they live. :-) <3
