Warren Sifre began his career in 1998 in document imaging, calculating bandwidth and building Visual Basic middleware to connect applications and databases. Known as a “Smoke Jumper,” he was trusted to solve the toughest challenges others couldn’t. By 2007, after mastering diverse technologies, Warren chose to specialize, realizing that all technology revolves around data. He focused on Microsoft SQL Server and over the next 15+ years earned 36 certifications spanning Azure, SQL Server, Data Engineering, and Analytics. In 2016, his purpose shifted to service—he founded and still leads the Indy BI PASS User Group, a thriving community for data professionals. After two decades consulting for top firms, Warren assembled a team of elite technologists and in 2024 founded Crosswave Solutions Inc., uniting technology, business, and leadership expertise to help organizations succeed at a higher level.
