I provide individualized mental health, massage therapy and other alternative care practice office and medical billing services for new, growing or long-term practices. I am always happy to find "best practice" in the normal course of business answers for you, even if you aren't a current client. If you are a client I go the distance for you. I have an efficient network of people I connect with to provide the very best and current information to share with your business. Savant Medical Billing employs best practice methodology coupled with the use of current technology. My background in corporate America, private medical office with many years of on-site experience married with formal education and know how support my performance for keeping the revenue cycles for my providers healthy and balanced.
I will be happy to chat with you if you are just starting out in your practice, or if you are seeking solutions to abnormalities in your established practice. I offer a full hour consult including up to 30 minutes with you on the phone and 30 minutes to follow-up on a concern you may be having and report back to you for an introductory fee of $25.00. If you choose to employ either my consulting services to assist in setting up the web of insurance portals, credentialing coaching, processing through to contracting, or to provide claims processing and payment collections services we will discuss the fees for my services at that time. I am competitive in the market for normal and customary fees.
Consulting services by the hour can offer much insight as to what the next steps are to manage your practice revenue cycle. Moving into electronic automation and maneuvering insurance web portals can be time consuming and distracting providers from prescious time to provide patient care. I am here to assist you and take care of obtaining and filling in the web of forms and delivery of documents. Whether you decide to consult with me, bring me aboard for revenue cycle management or to simply a call and ask a question I will be delighted to take your call or email. I look forward to being a contributing factor to the success of your practice. Your welcome to visit my website: savantmedical biliingbg@gmail.com

How We Got Started

I first came to Vancouver in 2005 to attend Clark College. I was blessed with the opportunity to learn specialty medical billing and it changed the course of my career. My energy aligned with the information in a way that amazed me. I picked up the skills, changed my degree focus and never looked back. I enjoy what I do and I enjoy serving the professional community I am connected to.

It seems to be the norm since upgrading to Windows 10, that when I am ready for a weekend or week away. I would say I am always available for my providers if they call. I may not answer all day but from 3-5 I at the very least answer emails, check voicemails and process as many claims as I can then turn off the laptop. I suppose what I am illustrating is, for me I am in an always on mode  depending on my clients and their patients needs are.  I am truly blessed to have providers, that appreciate, see and know I work to keep their accounts up to date within 90 days of an aging report. Mostly in the 45 day range. The accounts that aren't in that range have other circumstances, so we all know why it' pending and not collected.  With that said I give notice as early as I can that I will be working from the road in my RV or elsewhere. My caring clients don't bring anything to the table that isn't urgent during those times. I have great trust relationships with them through time proven skills and clear communication. I am very good at collecting the full amount for services. This is a key factor in the other 22 hours in the vacation days I am away; being restful and having time to fill my eyes with other visuals besides the monitor and our beautiful American alphabet keystroke by keystroke.  Blessings,  Susanne

Dig deep to the subconscious self-talk / inner critic of people that is the surface of the manifiestation of self-defiant  care behavior.  The heart is our center of love. when dis-ease starts there and non-compliancy is present one is disregarding the pleasure of self-love and care. Fear and anger are common emotions to cause this deeper rooted, well formed protien pathway of re-action vs initial action.  If a patient is willing to work on self-love ie looking in the mirror and practice telling themselves they are worthy of love and they love themselves deeply its like a reset for the psyche and helps create  new "highway" to talk. Especially for men this is more difficult, yet once they start it is an amazing journey. These thoughts are a western cardiology background, a Reiki Master, Mondern Spirituality concepts and eastern meditations experience. They cross some borders belief systems wont allow some to venture across. I always encourage the visual concept to aee thselves going some where else. I hope this was helpful and thought provoking.

You could recruit the help of a current patient or patients that would be willing to talk and share their stories either directly with people considering the care or at a health fair and if it's fitting offer a complimentary sit down sample of the care you want to provide, This way your prospective patients get a feel for you and the type of care they can count on receiving from you. My providers have performed many health fairs and lunch and learns. The health fairs are great because their insurance companies are usually present so they can inquire about their benefits and so can you. Another opportunity to demonstrate the type of care they will receive in your office but from a financial perspective. It's all about earning trust and being confident in what you do and then getting yourself out there. Sometimes having the complimentary (never free) service or initial discount will break the ice. I hope this was helpful for you and your growth!

(more) I find the patients who are referred by friends, family or colleagues are the longest lasting care relationships. The second best I would say are direct referrals from the insurance panels per their directories that any of my providers hold the contract. The next would be community networking through lunch and learn events and/or corporate or local health fairs that sponsor member benefit care reflections. The key is most people are on a budget with their health insurance and budget and want to get the most out of high premiums, so if you can show you fit into their insurance coverage plan the patient is alleviated of the search for an in-network provider.  I think Naturopathy and Acupuncturist have the most difficult time building a patient base because of the level of education and experience with such modalities in our Western culture.  If it were me reaching out to the public I would couple every reach with a strong influence of educating people. If you can couple that with a mini-series of visits at an introductory rate so the patients can experience your care it offers a good icebreaker to the specialty, educational opportunity and more than 10 - 20 minutes with you face to face to ease any feelings of the patient having to be somewhere else. Bring them in, let them relax, teach them about their body and the natural route of health with an intro treatment protocol to a whole new healing process without pharmaceuticals. The big shift in Western culture. I support our specialty 100%!
