Many introverts are the best listeners in our world, and I think that will work for you as well as ,increased experience. In sales , you are convincing others that they need your item or product or service. Can you convince yourself that you can put that forward to a person or prospective buyer. As stated by others, you have to feel comfortable. Ask your self if you do feel that way. If not , you may better enjoy another line of work.
Feel empowered! Introversion has great value,and is a great base, especially when you carefully choose to express outwardly.

Hello ,and hang in there. You will also have great tenants. I ,too, have had direct experience in landlording,and in being "taken". You may have to file for eviction if you have not done that.Often, the police advise that they cannot evict,that a civil agreement between the parties has been broken,and only a judge can evict by court order,providing the person does not willingly depart on a given date.
People need understanding landlords. Many tenants are muscled and harassed by landlords. This is not an example of that. I also wanted to add that some property owners turn affairs over to property managers to make agreements, collect rents, go to court,and deal with any concerns.That ,of course ,cuts into profit margin with the renting-enterprise.
I ride bikes,so I hate to say that you could take his bike if it is in his name...again,via the Court-Collections.I hope things work out, and the tenant becomes capable of paying up,maybe on a payment plan that he would stick to, or moves out and still pays up later on ,when he is more able , or more responsible.
Landlording can be satisfying, but is often a bumpy road. Best wishes, cp
