I am an independent contractor for one of the most reputable real estate company's in Florence. We have approximately 30 agents in our company who are very experienced and knowledgeable. I work as a buyers & sellers agent or dual agent, as well as a transaction broker.
How We Got Started
I was a single mother of two children and needed to be able to have a career that would accommodate their schedules. I love working with the public and have an extensive medical background. I love to be a part of such an exciting time in a family's life!

I believe sellers believe they will make more money if they sell it themselves, but they usually end up listing in the long run after failing. This usually hurts them in the process when buyers find out how long they've been trying to sell. The public can be very skeptical about property that has been on the market for a while and assume the worse.
The seller doesn't understand the fact that there home will not be marketed the same, the inconvenience of being at home for showings, the understanding of the paperwork and the overall process. Most sellers had representation when they purchased the home and thought it was an easy process most likely. There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes that the seller doesn't have to deal with when they have a Realtor working for them.
