Ann King, Broker, GRI, CRS, and Broker in charge of United Real Estate Florence, is a native and active citizen of the Florence community. I have been married to the same wonderful man for over 41 years and am a mother of 3 children and grandmother of 9 beautiful children.

I have served on numerous Boards Of Directors, including The McLeod Foundation, the Florence Civic Center and the Fair Housing Board. I also served as a member of the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce and the Pee Dee Development Board. I now serve on the Appraisal Board, Better Business Board, Greater Florence Habitat for Humanity and YMCA.

I love giving back to the community through service. I was a key participant in the development of the City of Florence Neighborhood Revitalization Program. I assisted Johnson Control, McLeod Health, Aires, Cartus, A L Relocation Solutions, Assist link and other corporations by providing relocation services for their managers and associates.

As a licensed realtor for over 30 years, I feel I have gained prominence in the real estate community. I have been listed among the top 10 performers in the Real Estate market since 1987. By successfully implementing the “The Team Concept” in the industry, I have grown from a Real Estate Agent to a Broker. I am the BIC for United States Real Estate Florence, one of the fastest growing Real Estate Agencies in the United States.

I will continue to keep on top of the Real Estate Industry. I will continue to grow and do all I can do to help others visualize and then fulfill the American Dream of owning a home.
