Dr. Jamar Smith is the Founder & CEO of KinoFit Physical Therapy, PLLC. He attended Howard University where he received his bachelor's degree and doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (PT). His passion for fitness and health has been perpetuated through his personal lifestyle and career successes. He currently works with Howard University Hospital's outpatient PT clinic and provides home care to patients throughout the DMV area.

As a former All Star athlete, Dr. Smith has undergone some of the most extraneous fitness trainings and tests. He has now combined his experiences as an athlete, personal trainer and physical therapist to change the lives of others through generating the KinoFit Wellness Program.

Dr. Smith understands what it takes to reach your optimum fitness level and he knows how hard it is to get the results you desire. So he has developed this company as a way to personally customize clients' rehabilitation and wellness plans.
