We assess candidates using personality, team based, and cognitive measures paired with an interview with an industrial and organizational psychologist. We assess the candidate’s work behaviors in several areas including leadership, responsiveness to authority (if applicable), and communication and a few other areas. In return, we provide the organization with a full report of our findings and observations, including training needs.
