I agree with most of this - It would be great as a Small Business Owner to put funds back for disasters. One thing is correct - the tax laws want small businesses to be in debt, if not you taxed at a high level.... The thing I don't agree with is have the government involved... There should...

One thing is correct - the tax laws want small businesses to be in debt, if not you taxed at a high level.... The thing I don't agree with is have the government involved... There should banks involved in the holding and matching the funds. They could also have interest on the money that is in that account, and I think that the interest should also be tax free. The bank could control withdraw! If you withdraw and it is not under the Law then you will be penalized. Just like the person accounts set up for retirement. These funds will be used for BUSINESS EMERGENCY'S..
