About Us
TRAVEL with EASe services inc. was founded in 1992 in Illinois. I closed the agency in Illinois and eventually made my way to Fort Myers, Florida. We are a service company that practices personal service by working with our clients at a time and place that is convenient for them. Our mission is to assist you in making your dream vacation a reality. To plan an amazing and seamless getaway with the quality that you desire. To work with customers so they can travel with ease.
How We Got Started
I was a Chinese translator during my time in the Air Force. Once I finished my enlistment I continued working for the government and I would help friends and coworkers when they wanted to vacation in the Far East. Upon returning to the United States I wanted to have a job outside of government and it was suggested I be a travel agent. I went to school, did all the training and went to work at an agency. While I was there, I was assisting clients who were wanting their dream vacation I found a better value for what they wanted and the agency owner told me I could not offer it to the client. Because I wanted to offer clients the best value available, TRAVEL with EASe was formed; always searching for the best value for the client.

You seem to have social media covered in selling your woodworking but you also need to sell yourself. Is your passion for woodworking there for people to see? Emotion sells. Stories sell. Give people an additional reason to buy from you. Are you letting people you know help? As a former EMT, you have a large network of people that can help you, if you are willing to reach out. You don't have to try and do it alone, family and friends will help, if you are willing to ask.
Something else you could try, not sure what type of woodworking you do, but put a piece in an office or business you have a relationship with along with your business cards. Let people see and touch your creations. The internet is a great tool, but you need to use all the tools at your disposal.

The sale price would have saved my client about $500 on their trip. I talked with the owner of the company I worked for and they told me that I was not allowed to pass the sale price onto the customer. I did not feel that was the right thing to do and I quit. I wanted to do what was best for my client and so I started TRAVEL with EASe.
I agree with the answers others have given with you. Customer service and the relationship you have built are both important. One thing I see in some companies is they are always doing something to attract new customers but are doing nothing for the ones that have worked with them in the past....

There is always going to be someone else out there who is doing the same thing you are, give them a reason to know that you value them.
Keep your name out there. Talk with clients and find out what brought them to you then use that information to get your name out there. Show appreciation to those who refer clients to you. Keep on top of what is working and track your results. What will work for one business will not necessarily...

I had someone else build the website and then went in and made it mine. They are responsible for the maintenance and updating but for the home page and three other pages it is all mine.
