How We Got Started
After many years in the property management business, and looking after my own tenant challenges, I noticed that many others were frustrated with the system. We learned what the judges like to see and how to present the owner in the best light. After leaving the PM industry it was a natural move to help others navigate the Eviction Process.

Two things - Lack of PROPER attention to detail and allowing EMOTION to dictate decisions. Be extra careful when putting in a new tenant. Don't be afraid to repair items properly. Look at each decision in a "What is the right thing to do for the property?" frame of mind. Sometimes the answer...

Look at each decision in a "What is the right thing to do for the property?" frame of mind. Sometimes the answer isn't clear and thought has to be put into making the decision. Sometimes what is good for the tenant is good for the property. Sometimes not. Small repairs may stop big problems befoe they happen.
