Every employee is important in order to provide the best experience for our customers. Austin Wilburn is the CEO of J&A Ford Tree Care. He does the majority of the bidding, solves the problems, and also still climbs when needed. He is a jack of all trades. Austin is a Certified Arborist, has his CORE and 3A certification, all of which allow him to be knowledgeable in the field. When Austin is meeting with clients, whether commercial or residential, you can trust that he is going to give a recommendation based on what is best for the client and the trees.

Jeff and Angela Ford worked hard to build a quality business solely built on word of mouth. In October of 2022, Jeff and Angela Ford retired from J&A Ford Tree Care. The new owners, Melanie Wilburn and Austin Wilburn, had already been involved in the business. Austin is a Certified Arborist and has worked for the company starting out in high school. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University in Selling and Sales Management. Melanie Wilburn grew up in the business, as Jeff and Angela's daughter, and also earned her Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University in Retail Management. Melanie and Austin are proud to be the new owners and strive to continue to grow the company.
