About Us

The Center for Transformative Sexology is a safe and informative space for those who want to engage in the creation, exploration, and completion of conversations that powerful transform how we experience ourselves as sexual beings.

Our work is grounded in universal principles of respect, advocacy, and empowerment. Through seven specific areas of communication and connection, people are left feeling capable and competent to discuss themselves, their relationships, and what they want to sexually self-express in the world.

How We Got Started

The first time I asked about where babies come from, my parents insisted that Sexuality Education be accessible, factual, and free of shame. I grew up knowing the right answers to questions that people still don't understand.

When I went to college I discovered that people could talk about this field as a career and I knew, more than ever, that's what I wanted to do. I have been teaching, supporting, and causing breakthroughs with people for quite some time.

With a Master's in Educational Psychology, Post Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design, and a life time of education in the realm of Sex and Sexology, how I got started is far less interesting to me than the legacy of healing, exploration, and transformation I am committed to leaving a legacy of leadership in a field I'm honored to be a part of.

(more) In my field of Sexology and Relationships COVID-19 caused both opportunities through challenge and change. The challenge was that people were not able to connect physically which contributes to Skin Hunger, depression, and upset. The change that became available for those of us who treat Skin Hunger is that we were able to adapt and support people through online services. That provides new outlets. I have personally moved a class that was being taught in person small groups to something that now gets to be taught one-on-one online. Another challenge before the pandemic was that people were not really focused on relationships or deep connections. Now they are very open. They are also more comfortable taking on tough issues via Zoom. This change allows me to have new clients from all over. The third challenge was the change from working out in the world to working at home. This closed down opportunities for meeting and dating in person. People discovered how unskilled they were in communication and conversation. Now, as a Sexologist I get to provide the education and support I have ALWAYS wanted to provide.  While COVID-19 took away things we relied on it has also provided opportunities that have created freedom, expansion, and growth in my field.
