I bring value to my clients who are sourcing their apparel from conception to completion. We have cleints that have shopify stores where they sell their own line and we produce all the goods. Being on this side of the industry for over 18 years now I have seen quite a bit but still have even more to learn. The important thing to remember about starting a clothing line or being on the seller end is not to get emotionally attached to your designs. What you think may work, may flop, and what you think will flop, may be a huge success. So you have to test your market. I bring value to the conversation by sharing very relevant knowledge about the various print processes, fabrics to choose from, and a myriad of other solution based support to insure their success. I stay open minded to their wants and desires, but I also know when to be frank, and illustrate with previous encounters of past experience why they should or should not go down that particular path. There are so many different variables involved. Every customer is as unique as the designs and ideas they have, so simply being open minded, and being a partner rather than a salesperson, is the most vital component to any businesses success.
