Unlike martial arts, we also teach street smarts (the attack began before you were even there), soft skills (don't look like an easy target), how to avoid conflict (facing the predator down), pre-fight indicators (what the predator does to indicate an attack is imminent), and post-fight skills (what to do before and after the police arrive).

O.K. Neal spent over 34 years in law enforcement, 24+ of those years instructing LEO and civilians. He spent several years in three different martial arts and has black belts in all three. He joined the Self Defense Co. to continue helping to protect the potential victims of today's predators.
