"Carl was referred to me by a very good friend of mine Bryan McCarte from White Knight Realty. My son used Carl when him and his wife bought their first home. Carl did an amazing job for them. After we purchased our forever home in Boyd Texas we had some issues with the builder so we had Karl come out at the end of the one-year inspection time for the house and he did a full inspection on our home and found several things that needed to be corrected. Because Carl is a state certified home inspector the builder has been working with us to take care of all of the issues that we've been trying to take care of since we first purchase the home in March 2022. Because of Karl's work ethic and because of his diligence in working with us everything in our house is being taken care of. I cannot recommend him more highly. If I could give him 20 stars I would give him 20 stars on this recommendation."
