We do our research to seek out homeowners whose homes meet a certain higher value and minimum age of 7 years. They are ready to upgrade or replace.

TheHomeMag was founded in 2002 in Southwest Florida. The founders who were new to the area and renovating a home weren't familiar with companies and realized that a guide like they had back home would have been a life saver. So...they created TheHomeMag. Today there are 60 locations in the U.S. with a 91% retention rate wit our customers.
