I ​do online options and I specialize in weight loss and corrective exercise.  I have an MD degree and some people find that I'm more careful.  Anyone who has mental health issues or concerns about injury or moving too fast seems to be a good match for me.  The online options are tailored to the individual and include video workouts (most choose 30 minute but I'm flexible), trainerize app workouts, email and text chat support, or anything you can imagine.  It seems like the preferred communication changes a lot so I just go with whatever they need.  I can send more info if you like.
