The top most important task/focus of every business owner is Bring in more customers! You can now do it on autopilot.
Relationship, follow up and customer service
Taking great care of our bookkeeping clients. Providing updated management reports. And connecting our clients with resources like small business loans.
Keep in touch with our clients, keep them involved, and let them know they are appreciated.
The current business climate lets people wander away, or become complacent. Many of our new businesses have never networked, or even socialized...they need to be present, observe and connect to be successful. It's my job to see that they do that.
Happy Tuesday:)
Since I have a Service business: Logistics, Communication & giving each Client undivided Attention.
Hi Ed,
Maintaining a facade, while true is a difficult balancing act in mortgage banking; You can't let your guard down for a minute! I strive to be firm yet easy going and informative. It's a better approach in my industry than to sugar coat things. One more thing, at 60 something, I ain't taking my clothes off unless I'm hitting the shower.

Being positive, consistent, and organized. That is the best way for me to connect with my students. I have to be organized with my time and hold them accountable for the studio guidelines/lesson expectations. This builds mutual trust and respect. and I am always positive/encoraging so they are motivated to meet their goals and keep coming back for more.
Improving on every part of the business. Be more in tune with customers emotion since this is a very special time for bride and groom.
