Sifting through emails, reading the ones that matter, and deleting the ones that don't matter would be one small but time-consuming business task I would like to eliminate because I would like to use that time doing something else more productive instead such as spending 15 to 30 minutes every day on an online course improving a skill set I could implement to make myself a better resource for my clients and potential clients.
I would say eliminating, as much as possible, activities that do not relate directly to serving customers and clients because that's where the satisfaction (and the money) lies.
