The first part of business growth is personal development. Don't be afraid to invest in yourself. Learn something new each day to move forward in your business.
Never just suppose that a certain person does not add value to your circle of prospects. Just because the person does not appear to have a need that fits your product or service now does t mean they won't in the future, or that they won't make referrals to you. Don't discount any interaction with another person. See the possibily in everyone.
YOU are the CEO of your business. Act like it. Claim that title. YOU make the rules. Don't let clients walk all over you - because they WILL try. Remind them that they are receiving services or products from you, you are NOT their employee.
As an Integrative Health "Educator," I wish someone would have told me that I cannot walk someone else's health journey for them. When you see them not committed, willing to change, making excuses, bless and release. It's their journey, not yours. You cannot save someone who isn't ready to be saved. You aren't their person. It's not the right time...and it may never be.

Selling self instead of products because people buy the person first.

Personal growth is one of the biggest things that you can do for yourself! You can’t “stay as you are” and expect to do bigger things.
It takes more time than you'll want it to.
Patience. It takes time to make connections and build trusting relationships
That strangers will support you more than your friends or family.
To pause and think before you answer. My favorite phrase is : I will get back to you.
