Do you race to get your next client, or race to serve the ones you already have?
Don't answer from memory.
Pull up the last two weeks of whatever shows where your time actually went: your calendar, sent emails, call log, or texts.
Mark each one "getting" or "serving."
Look at the split.
No judgment on the number.
Most of us find it isn't what we'd have guessed.

Way more serving than getting, but that doesn't surprise me. At the same time, I get quite a few referrals, so my prospecting is only about 12% of my time.
Since my brand is relatively new, I spend a good deal of time on free content to attract paying customers. The spiritual side of my business attracts quite a few readers, but I spend 75% of my time on the business side, which needs a fresh influx of paying customers.
