Successful recovery needs to include fixing our ‘sick buildings ‘ that have little or no ventilation. So far professional Engineers have been ignored as someone who can save lives. Social distancing does not exist indoors!

We need community outreach for workforce - without knowing what exactly is keeping those who are able to work from applying for jobs we won’t recover fully for a very long time. A lot of the businesses that stayed open through the shutdowns, including mine, are still not able to grow at the capacity that absolutely would be possible if there was a solid workforce seeking jobs
