As a Federal Government Whistleblower to get gameful employment. Since most companys have government contracts and non disclosure agreements. No one wants someone thats went against the Federal Government really working for them even if what you've done was the right thing. Very few companys wish to risk losing contract.

Comimg to terms with double standards for "cybersecurity whistleblowers and lack of protection provide for people like me.

There are always hiccups as a business owner, but I've turned them into learning experiences and have emerged stronger on the other side, armed with more knowledge to conquer similar situations that may arise.

Saying yes to every project that came my way often ended in frustration if the scope of the project was beyond my capabilities. There were times I struggled to figure out programs I wasn't versed in, or got myself in over my head with a complicated project I had no experience with. Over the years I have built relationships with vendors and other creative professionals who have more experience in certain areas. Creating partners in the industry has been a great way to fill those gaps and offer more services while continuing to concentrate on the creative avenues at which I thrive.

Less than qualified competitors low balling prices, screwing up jobs and giving the industry a bad name. One people have a bad taste in their mouth its tough to get it out. There needs to be a standard for pre-qualifications. Too many companies that say the pre-qual will give anyone who pays membership dues a good review.

As a small business owner, my big challenge is probably similar to many other small business owners' challenges. That is, how do I most cost-effectively make contact with that person or organization in need of my services at the present moment? As a business video producer, videographer, editor, and Internet marketer, not everyone is my prospective client. I can help some people more than others. I need to identify those who can benefit most from using video to tell their story and promoting their products and services. And who, ideally, want to do that now.

So, the challenge is this: identifying and using the best marketing tools to help me reach the right prospect at the right time. I think that is a challenge for most businesses.

There is more than one way to meet that challenge. But, since I have worked mostly with Internet marketing for the past 24 years, I find that the Internet gives me the most tools and choices when confronting this challenge.

Hope this helps.

The biggest challenge has been helping businesses rethink outdated virtual communication habits.  Many companies default to traditional webinar formats that struggle to hold attention.  Shifting that mindset towards interactive, measurable engagement has required education and persistence -- but the results have been worthwhile!

I am a Marketing Executive and my purpose is to introduce customers to the Wellness Club that I am a member of. The hardest and biggest challenge is trying to show people how purchasing and using chemical and toxic free products is better for them and the environment as well as the fact that they can actually save up to 30% to 50% off of their grocery bill by purchasing these products instead of the similar products from the grocery store that are laden with chemicals and toxins.

My family recently closed our brick-and-mortar travel agency and I am now a "home-based" travel consultant. My biggest challenge has been to make myself less invisible to the community as a travel agent.

The key is keeping myself VISIBLE in the community, by attending networking meetings, Chamber of Commerce events, visiting clients in their home and at their places of business.

My business offers creative solutions to both marketing and business development. Our biggest hurdle is convincing clients (business owners, Directors, Managers) to begin and then stay committed to new or alternative marketing tactics. They have a tendency to run back to "how we've always done it" even when new tactics are showing positive results. We find unique resources and outlets for our clients to connect with their target market very effectively, but the fear of missing possible business in less targeted areas is hard for them to resist. We have to find creative ways to keep each client on track for their own good.

Getting myself out there and being noticed. I've been working on social media in an attempt to get noticed as a writer and speaker, but it is very difficult. There are many more people trying to get published, and I have to stand out in a huge crowd. I have had some success with social media, and have begun to garner a following. I utilize wordpress to put out a blog, and from there I can share all over the internet and the world. This is a fantastic source at a very low cost. It's tough to get started, but after three years, I feel I have made some headway. Shirley
