I am using Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2020, which currently has not yet been updated to support the form 1099 NEC.

I use efilemyforms.com. I have used them for several years now and am satisfied with the service.

Have used Efilemyform.com for many years now. Have also used Tax1099.com for other forms (941) and liked their service as well. I can't imagine going back to paper filing! I don't try to sync my accounting files to the service - I prefer to run reports and then enter data manually or via CSV file.
