Hemp or CBD alone - hypertension, lupus, migraines, headaches, cramps, anxiety
Yes. And no. It depends on the quality of the CBD oil. Some oils are very diluted so are probably useless. Do your research.
and for your particular ailments, do a google search. That will give you basic information to go on. Also, if you are on any medication now, check to see if there are interactions with CBD oil and your medication.
I can direct you to a quality CBD oil...just message me.
Hemp CBD is fine is you can't get full spectrum whole plant CBD. The problem with hemp CBD is the dosing with it and also that it is generally unregulated. With hemp CBD you need to find your correct dose to receive relief. Lower or higher than the correct dose will leave you pretty well with nothing. With whole plant CBD oil if you use lower or higher than your optimal dose you still receive benefits.
A good resource for information is The Sacred Plant - www.thesacredplant.com - they had a docu-series with a lot of information about both CBD and Cannabis products for natural healing of many health related issues - stress included. Another option to consider is incorporating a meditative practice into your day - can be as little as 1 minute a few times a day that can lower blood pressure - isn't difficult to incorporate but will help lower your body's cortisol levels and help get your body into a relaxation state instead of the high stress - fight or flight state.
Yes I believe it will help you with these issues because how CBD works in your system. Specifically the Endocannabanoid System. This system work through out our whole body. Even down to a cellular level. It regulates our pain levels, mood, sleep, immune system, and much more that is being discovered as more testing is being done. The FDA already has cleared a 100% CBD script called Epidolex. In order for the FDA to approve a medication, there has to be health benefits for it that are tested and proven. The FDA has already approved the first cannabis-based medicine in the United States (Epidolex). The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has been conducting research studies for at least two decades and has spent over $250 million on cannabinoid research. New discoveries emerge daily about the anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and anti-microbial properties of phytocannabinoids.
Clinical trials have reported and substantiated CBD’s range of positive effects on numerous physical and psychological ailments, including chronic pain, weight loss, seizures, high blood pressure, arthritis, diabetes, anxiety, and even Parkinson’s disease.
Pretty fascinating stuff and it's only going to snowball bigger, especially when FDA legalized it.
Yes they can help. I’m not an expert, My experience is they are palliative. Meaning don’t cure the root cause. I recommend that with meditation body work and a good physical by an md
I believe "cure" is a very strong word. Could it help, yes, but as several have stated there is a lot out there with different quality, potency, responds differently in the body for some vs others due to their lifestyle, ex. foods, prescriptions, stressors in life etc.
I've been teaching holistic approaches to healthcare since 2012 and have found that some thing work for some though they do not work as well for others. I like to sit down with my clients and discuss a myriad of things to figure out best options and suggested direction for them to try. Our health is not a one size fits all and we have to approach our bodies that way.
There is lots of research out there on CBD and I suggest you do your own research on top of mine or other peoples opinion looking at facts. I only trust peer reviewed research when I am looking things up so I strongly suggest only researching on www.scholar.google.com if you are wanting fact info and not peoples opinions. At least it will give you actual research. If you want peer reviewed research go to www.pubmed.gov and search CBD oil pain, or CBD oil and any other ailment you want to look up.
I hope this helps and if you need further clarity, info, or have more questions feel free to reach out to me.
