We do, not only for Thanksgiving, but for Christmas as well- We give the normal turkey out, but we also open our house to our employees and their families if they want to come over- After the end of the year, they get a Profit Sharing Bonus
In the past I have given days off, bonuses, or other gratuities as well. It's always nice to let your employees know you appreciate their efforts n hard work
I give them Thanksgiving day off with pay and Black Friday - no pay. The ladies love having a 4 day weekend. Plus we move the houses from Thursday and Friday to another working day so they still get the income from cleaning them.
I do not do anything special for my employees at Thanksgiving. However, each year on the anniversary of their hiring date I give them $100.00. Again at year end to thank them for their loyal service. Also, anytime a client praises their work, they get a 1/2 hour addition to their time book. They like to feel appreciated.

Employees get to volunteer at food pantries to share the love of giving thanks with a special meal and entertainment program.
