Im sorry but your question is a little vague. What do you mean by unpaid personal injury? Is party no insured? If so, it's simple collect your cash. You can also setup a payment plan or as them if they have a credit card

when a person is in an MVA, they should have PIP that will pay for injuries caused by the accident. In some cases the injuries may exceed the PIP allowance, and the patient would need to retain an attourney to recoup the rest of damages caused by the accident.
