Does anyone use the company Thryv?

I am wondering if anyone else who has used this company, has had the same issues as me. Whenever I receive a call there is either no one there or if I call back the number it says it does not exist, or if I'm lucky and someone does pick up they say they never called my business. It seems as though these numbers are generated by an automatic system. Can anyone else share their experience if they have used this company?

I am not familiar with that company. It sounds like you are getting robo calls, their signature is when you answer there is a pause before anyone begins speak. When you call the number back and a message tells you the number is not in service, that is an indication that the robo caller used a phone number other than the real number they were phoning from.

Thank you for the reply Pam. Yes when I do answer there is no sound and just a click, when I do call back it says the number is not in service but if I do get an answer (on those very rare occasions) it is someone that says they never called. Definitely generated calls from the company.

I have reviewed the Thryv for a client and did not recommend it. I had several issues with calls so this is not a program I would recommend for real estate agents.

Thank you for the reply. If they do contact you in offering their services, just be on the lookout and thoroughly research them beforehand. They seem to range from being terrible to ok.

No, I have not heard of them. I get well too many robo calls. I searched this company just now after your question posted, and I noticed DexMedia after the name. Dex publishes phone numbers right? (like a yellow pages system?) We use Dex so maybe that's why we get many robo calls?

Thank you for the reply Angela. Yes it is part of the DexMedia or Dexyp company. They could be doing to you what they are doing to me. They seem to be generating calls and sending them to our businesses as though they are real customers but if you call them back, a majority of the time it is a number that is not in service. I am trying to get rid of there service but whenever I try to get a hold of a manager or supervisor they are "never there" or "on the phone".
