Market Sharp - works for us. There are lots of features we're not using. We are experimenting now with a Quick Books interface and so far it is working. We only have one license which makes it more difficult for other members of staff to access the system. My Office Manager is the main user.
For our business we have seen great success with the CRM "Clickup" !
Easy user interface, super customizable, and great for organization of your past, current, and future clients/customers.
I would recommend the "business" option, which is where you will truly get the optimized experience. The best part is that it is very cheap and accessible for many users. Considering you decide on the annual membership, it turns out to be around 9$ a month.
I write my own contracts, and Quickbooks for the rest. It is what we have been using since about 1989. Things I like for residential. 1) no time penalty clause nor retainage, 2) spell out the work to be done by phase or sub contractor, 3) have a partial list of not included, 4) Payments and how long before due, interest rate that is legal for your area, any fees you charge for NSF etc..., 5) warranty information (I recommend binding arbitration, access to building, limit as to when a fault can be found, and maintenance is owners responsibility.
We use Oasis but we don't use all of their features. We are happy with what they have to offer for our quotations and order entry. However, I don't know if that answers your question.

We do things the old fashion way. Our clients prefer the personal touch and so do we.
Sorry but not tech savvy and not sure what CRM is and what you are asking?
