Talk to your accountant and they can help you who also work best with managing it too if you like.

I use Harvard Business Services they are Delaware based company, they do everything for you of course there are fee's but nothing to bad. It is easy, quick and a very strong legitimate company been for forever.  Good luck.

Using a 3rd party service like legalzoon et. al. will be super expensive.

You can always visit your state's Division of Corporations and there should be a section on how to file an LLC.

Make sure you understand your state's laws in regards to an LLC's name and real estate.

For example in FL, as a real estate sales associate our single member LLC business name can only be: "full legal name, LLC".

I would also consult with a business and tax attorney on how to best accomplish what your business and payment structure goals are.

She is on top of her game! If she don’t know the answers, she seeks out professionals that are qualified for assistance. She is well versed, kind, sweet and goes above and beyond.

Legal Zoom is another option.  I have used it in the past.

I would use legalzoom or maybe the assistance of a paralegal.  All depending on your state.

If your doing an LLC make sure you are the member. When opening an account at a bank the Member is who owns it. Managers can be anyone.
