How is everyone doing so far this year for following through with some goals you've set for yourself?
Whether it is waking up earlier, drinking more water, spending more time with family or working out, I'd love to hear about your week so far!

Most folks don't do very well maintaining resolutions after a few days. Many start off with unrealistic goals, many set too many goals and many don't have a clear understanding as to how o meet their goals. I always suggest starting with small attainable goals that can easily fit into one's schedule. To get more exercise, I suggest walking around the block twice before purchasing lunch. If realistic walk up or down the stairs at work. If someone wants to bring less work home, I suggest putting fewer items in one's briefcase, etc. The trick is to start small, but be consistent. It can take time to get to larger steps, but only if one consistently maintains the smaller ones.
After the holidays, where overindulging is expected and chocolate is hard to resist, we can all use a little cleanse. To me, cleansing means getting back to how you ate before the holidays, hopefully clean and well. I don't believe in drastic cleansing for multiple reasons. Getting our livers healthy throughout the year is prime on my list. That's what I offer myself and my patients!
I am drinking more water and weight loss is eminent. Need to add more physical activity outside of clinical work. Everything in moderation.
Thriving with refreshing the mindset, energy and belief.
How are you doing with your goals?
Enthusiastically Excellent.
My goals for the year have not changed except to learn a little more in the name of my
Father who recently passed. So far so good. Getting out and exercising more is a perpetual goal. Harder in thee winter by try to walk 50k a week some weeks are better than
Others.
Awesome! Health/wellness, financial, mind/learning, creativity, and spiritual goals are full steam ahead! Thank you
I am starting the new year more organized, I lost track of when I followed up or didn't follow up with people last year.
We are doing very well. Thanks for asking.
