Would identity theft be included in this number.
7.99 million in the U.S. (F.B.I) in 2017. Burglaries were down 4%, auto theft up 7%.
No idea. What's the relevance.
That would be a crazy statistic to not only research but fathom at the end results. Burglaries are occurring in more populated and urban areas than rural areas...and really, what is there to steal in a third world country. The More areas of burglaries is reflective of the drug problem in that area for the most part. But I would go with a big number like nearly 5 million world wide.
I 'll be honest- I do not know about worldwide, My Business "PATROL-911 is in the USA (Serving Maryland)... The FBI's Uniform Crime Report also reports that a burglary occurs in the United States every 18 seconds. At that rate, we can calculate that 4,800 burglaries occur every single day. If 4,800 burglars occur a day, that amounts to roughly 175,200 burglaries a year within the US.
That's impossible to answer, do you know how many Countries exist in the world? Come on, who us thinking of these questions?
Hard to tell when some countries don’t report crime or the act or burglary isn’t reported. I would research international crime statistics and that would be a hypothesis at best.
