Since you are a web design agency, I don't understand why you are asking for input.
Good way to get people to visit your website :). As a web design company owner myself, I don't like the way the header hero image text jumps around and is misaligned. Also the phone number should be clickable on a phone.
I would be careful about designing sites for others if you are not confident in your own site's design and performance. We use our own work to perfect our skills first.
There have been many excellent suggestions so far but most folks have focused on design so I'll try to offer different advice. My opinion may be somewhat unique since my company does not design on a platform like most others do. The first thing I would do is address your performance issues. If your site doesn't load in less than 5 seconds, Google could care less about it, so not much else matters. Suggestions others have made, such as removing the Hero elements, will certainly help. WordPress is notoriously bloated so you'll want to pay particular attention to how your design is affecting your performance. Move anything unnecessary off the home page.
Next, like many have said already, I would significantly trim down the text throughout. You really want someone to be able to view and read your entire site in a matter of minutes. Our industry is fairly straightforward so you don't need a lot of fluff text content. Too much text will overwhelm the visitor increasing your bounce rate; another no-no for Google.
Security is HUGE with my firm. This is another area most marketing firms pay little attention to, but it can quickly become the most important aspect of your website. About 60% of small businesses go bankrupt with 1 data breach. That being said, your current version of WordPress is out of date and you have multiple out of date plug-ins, as well. Within minutes, my CEH on staff could breach your website and turn it into a virus farm. I've seen it happen more times than I can count and, being in the web design industry, you already have a target on your back. My company's sites get attacked daily. I strongly recommend keeping your WP version and plug-ins up to date. Data breaches on WordPress (and other platform sites) help keep my company in business.
Finally, I recommend using website.grader.com and graders like it for a third party opinion on your site. Here is your current grade.

As you can see, the site could definitely use some help. I'm happy to offer additional advice if you'd ever like to chat. I spend a great deal of time training on web design so I don't mind helping out in any way I can.
Best wishes!
Looks a little generic - way too much text...people do not read that much when looking at a web design company - they are looking at the landing page and the overall impact of the page. I get great results and reviews about my website and also pick up new clients when they see it :) - Good luck!
The home page is too long - not being scrolled
Use HotJar or Luckyorange to verify

Every page on the site is deficient in human images.
It fails the French test "We, We, We"
"Gooder" - really?
The word "content" appears never on your SEO page.

Looks good! The service areas in the footer look a little weird as far as alignment in your footer.
Add tools to help you get more jobs, get paid faster for jobs and get credit for your product and services to generate more referrals all from 1 screen.
Thryv can do that!
The main thing I would change is that you have two columns for most of your content. It's very complicated and distracting and I don't know where to look.
Consider changing the top hero section (website design and SEO) into a single focus rather than splitting it. Larger headline for your main service and a subheadline and button.
Hello! I like your website and here are some suggestions, as requested :-)
I would love to chat if you'd like, call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx.
Did not even have to review the whole site to answer this...The annoying movement/animation of the 2 links (web design, SEO) on the home page MUST GO
