In these uncertain times, what are you doing to survive?

Today I woke up thinking about a great book I read over 15 years ago called, Who Moved My Cheese.  Why? In the book, the author explains how important...no essential it is for you to move when your cheese (money maker) has been moved, for your survival.

Well in times like these, what are you going differently in your business to bring in money, build relationships, help others and move your business practices in alignment to this rapid culture change in the business industry?

In my case I am providing my client with vital information concerning all the SBA loans.  I am by no means an attorney and not giving out legal advise, no am I an agent and processing applications; I am however, educating myself, removing all the noise, and streamlining the information for them.  This is just one example.

In order to try to keep money coming in, I am offering a discount on existing open invoices and/or offer weekly or biweekly payments towards the balance.

What are you doing to survive these times?

We are actively consulting with our clients on cost mitigation, tax planning for 2020 and guiding them with the various federal, state and county assistance programs to keep their businesses afloat. We are an essential business but due to our investment in technology, some staff have elected to work from home and all my physical meetings have been canceled. To all, stay safe!

We are giving our highest priority to clients who are due refunds. As soon as a refund is completed we are emailing to the client and as quickly as they return their authorization we electronically file their return and have the refund direct deposited. Those who are unemployed are particularly appreciative. Fortunately, all of this can be done remotely.

As we all know, these are tough times for everybody. Here at the Palm Beach Karate School, we had to shut down because we knew that it was the best option for the safety of our customers, especially when we're dealing with children. However, since our school isn't open, we are holding online classes for the students. We figured it was a good way for the students to distract themselves from the current situation and still have fun training with their fellow classmates and instructors, even if it's virtually. The online classes right now for the Beginners Students are at no charge to the families, we know times are tough as it is so we wanted to help these families out by offering karate classes free of charge as an act of kindness to them. We want to give these students the opportunity to learn karate if they truly desire to, without having to worry about payments during this time.

Fortunately, we continue to be quite busy, not just with tax preparation but also assisting business clients with disaster relief and paycheck protection filings. Even though we are not having client meetings face to face, people can get their documents to us through our secure file portal, fax, drop off or the good old USPS. Stay safe all!

my business is personal and business income tax preparer and because of modern technology i can prepare client income tax just by asking information send by email, texting or messenger and no need for a client to come to my office and this is very comfortable for the clients. In this way may satisfied clients refer their friends as well and that keep me busy everyday. In addition to my tax preparation, I do also accounting services, payroll preparation to business clients and this also keep me busy every day. In addition, also, I do life insurance business, RRSP's and other allied services that may clients needs. In short its a services business, just offered your clients what you can do for them and that's it. Hope my write up helps other service based and if someone interested to take a look at the business opportunities related to insurance and rrsp's feel free to message me in my email address or cell phone number xxx xxx xxxx.

Still open and working, but only by appointment.

First off, have faith.  God will get us through this.  Everyone needs to keep their priorities straight.  Be thankful, generous, work hard and look toward the true important things in life. Money can always be earned...and money is not what brings true happiness. God's blessings to all of us!!

I've had to slow down on tax preparation in order to help clients with PPP   and other issues.  Fielding numerous phone calls on stimulus and tax effects.  Still have plenty of tax returns to do.

We are helping our clients apply for stimulus loans , unemployment, etc. We think at this time you need to focus on your clients, when they get through this , you can then focus on your own bottom line.

I am working from home. Still working on business and personal tax return. I still have scheduled calls with my clients to discuss stimulus package and walk them through the process if they have questions. I have over 200 active clients.
