As a Realtor, Valentines day can be used creatively to market to potential clients. For example I have a postcard that says "Love at First Sight Still Happens", with a picture of a home in the background. This ad causes conversation to happen!

Yes. I get crushed before Valentine's Day with requests for dates. Clients get lonely and self conscious before Valentine's Day. They ask me to set them up on blind dates with candidates who don't fit their profile. Then, they complain that the person they met was not good enough and I must be incompetent. I refer them to their orders to mismatch them simply because they insisted on dating on the busiest restaurant night of the whole year.
