I get nearly all of my business/office equipment/supplies at the Office Depot/OfcMax on N Lake Pleasant Pkwy in Peoria, AZ store. Their consistently superior customer service levels, and exceptional product knowledge keep me coming back as a loyal consumer.  Every employee in every department has exceeded my expectations. For example, a few times I came close to purchasing a fairly high priced ticket item. 
I learned to always ask one of their team members about the product before I purchase it/them.  Once I share with them what and how I'd planned on using those equipment  items, they were honest enough to guide me away from making a terrible mistake because they would not have served my desired purpose(s)!  They have guided me to better fit items, which often times saved me even more money! But first, they explained in a way that was easy to understand, why a particular item would not best suit my intended purpose!  Their honesty, integrity, knowledge, and especially, their clear understanding of my unique office needs, keep me coming back, despite the fact that several stores  are closer to my home/office! Their over-the-top service level never let me down, so it is worth a couple of miles out of my way!

I have had numerous negative experiences with Office Depot ever since they merged with Office Max.  Office Depot has billed me for canceled orders,  they have charged interest on a zero balance and their customer services is an out of state nightmare.  After 20 plus years of loyalty from three of our business operations I would not shop there is the merchandise was free!  They are a zero star rating with me.  I have been part of the rewards program for 20 years.  In the last year I have been billed, over charged and even told to use my rewards points on the next order after I placed the order.  If you really want to see the review on Office Depot, Read the reviews that are not posted on Alignable.    After battling with them for several months they threatened to continue to send me bills on a closed account with a zero balance.  AMUSING. If you use Office Depot or your business has a business account with them keep good records.  There is absolutely no service with their customer service. 

I use Office Depot/Office Max for personal and Nebraska Writers Guild business and have been very satisfied. Also, through the Guild, we have a Store Purchase Card that provides a huge discount (near 40%) on all printing and printing related purchases and a small discount on supplies (on-line purchases as well by a separate number). The card is shareable with any individual (do not have to be a Guild member), other writing organization, even other businesses. Office Depot/Office Max encourages us to share and has even folded some some smaller organizations into our agreement so that they could receive the discounts. After initial skepticism, our members who have used the service are amazed.
