New toS Utah yet been here over 5 yrs. Everyone I talk to already has a Realtor or if someone is looking often wants bare land and a good deal, paying no more than $50k.

I have received zero government help. I no longer expect any. What I do need are prospective clients. I am a digital/print publisher and am basically in the ad selling business. I need to find prospects who both need more new business and are not on the verge of collapse so that they have an ad budget and have a need to advertise. There no longer seems to be that Goldilocks Zone. Businesses are either accepting no new clients or have zero money and are thinking of closing their doors.

We are an author co-op, so the vast majority of our business takes place online. I wonder if it's possible (and I have no idea how) to designate local vs. online/remote contacts throughout the site.

I had a devastating accident in January that has caused me to almost lose everything. I’m back and up and running now, but I need help with getting things to move quicker.
