Jennifer, I also have a connection for you. I use this company and would love to refer you to them. They have a program for small businesses to help get started with a website, social media, etc.

I have never asked for nor received any financial assistance and feel that incentives for woman or minority-owned businesses are inherently unfair to others and should be just as illegal as offering incentives to white males. In my experience, too many businesses take advantage of the woman-owned business perks by simply transferring legal ownership to wives who do not actually run the business.

No that is a hard one to deal with. We don't do acquisition loans.

I am looking for start up capitol to expand my online business. My Etsy shop has taken a hit with the pandemic. I need to increase sales and more exposure.

When I first began writing and promoting my work, my husband paid for the fees ( I was a Domestic Engineer with small kids at home). But when he retired in 2012, money was tight, so I had to pick and choose my events, and hope my earnings would cover expenses.  But in 2019, he'd finally had enough and 'cut me off', so I took a part-time job to fund my efforts (my kids were now either adults or teenagers), and it has paid off. I can now afford to travel a few hours from my home for conventions, and sales are at least beginning to cover some, if not most, of the expenses.

I'm keen in working with a sml group of real estate investors and buying commercial/ residential property. Suggestions.

Hi Chuck, I love the focus around finding credible Small Business financing. I am a Business Banker for TD Bank in New Jersey, and my issue as well is finding clients that need financing! There must be a solution to this. I am accepting clients and need to know where to look.
