What other trends are you noticing from your clients? What kinds of roles are they hiring for?

Clients are still cautious and hiring mostly essential staff. Many of these openings have been open for a while and are hard to fill due to very specific skill requirements. We are finding candidates difficult to recruit during this unemployment phase.

Depends largely on their vertical. We are seeing an uptick in home improvement firms and in construction, which we didn't do before.

The best policy is fluidity and a good business mix. The more adaptable your business model is the easier you can capitalize on opportunities. Our business model is based on this principle and we have increased sales about 20% during the pandemic.

Considering we opened doors in March of 2020, right as doors were closing, we have fared well.

Also, regions play a huge part, for South Florida, we are seeing a huge increase. Placed an ad for an Admin Asst and got 130 resumes in 2 days.

I have a lot of open positions, however the employees are harder to come by due to the incentive they are receiving to stay home by way of unemployment benefits.  As this runs out next month, we are hopeful that we can fill every vacant positions immediately.  All of our positions are full-time and not part-time.

Since the Governors reopening of the State, our Clients are in need of employees. Our recruiters are having the same problem as our Clients.  People are hesitant to return to work for fear of getting Covid, or are taking care of a family member that is ill and lastly, most people are making more on unemployment than when they were working.  We have 30 full-time recruiters working 7 days a week to fill all our current job openings.  If anyone is seeking employment now is the time to contact us, most of our Clients are offering huge sign-on bonuses and higher pay rates.

We are seeing an uptick in hiring, but all FT.  We had one of our biggest months in June.  We have also filled some of our roles faster than usual.  These roles are in Washington state, Maryland, and Texas.

Very busy in mortgage lending, seeing more direct hire placement now working remote.

Demand for contracted personnel is down, in general. Companies are trying to get back to their original organizations as soon as their activity increase. It is still difficult for EPC firms to understand that having high-quality staffing appropriately mixed with direct hires, is a clever strategy to deal with low demand situations like this one.  Most of the options we have found are for difficult-to-find profiles or individuals with very specific skills that companies have not in their organizations to meet specific project needs.

More people are requesting some work...however with covid-19 and since we specialize in Weddings and Events we are having to deal with ALOT of postponements... and if they are not postponed then the guest count numbers have dramatically decreased...

It's hard on myself as well as my core staff...
